Could you tell me what's the difference between staff and faculty and second question - Faculty deadline is Mon March 8th to Feb 25th. Is that supposed to be Feb 8th to 25th or March 8th to 25th.

Staff are individuals designated by an organization (campus, college, division, department, or subject). Their role is to set the questions that appear on all surveys in their organization and to make sure certain faculty options are set.
Faculty are instructors, basically anyone who is teaching a course at UH.
